About TTMC's Tele-Consult

TTMC’s Tele-Consult is an easy to use, private and secure online platform that connects you to your preferred Primary Care Doctor from the comfort of home. Available via virtual Consult, both services give you an alternative channel in addition to walk-in appointments, to consult your doctor of choice.

 

Tele-Consult

Tele-Consult is available when you have follow-up consultation with your doctor. If there is any medication prescribed to you after consultation, you can choose to have it delivered right to your doorstep or self pick-up at our clinic.

Convenient Healthcare at Your Service

  • Available for new and existing/follow-up patients.
  • Approximately 15 – 20 minutes video consultation with diagnosis and medications prescription. Requires consultation fee.
  • Medications delivery right to your doorstep or self-pick up at clinic at separate charges.
  • Convenience of advance appointment booking with preferred doctors during Clinic’s operating hour via Tele-Consult online platform.
  • Medical receipt is available upon request.

For any physical examination advice from your doctor of choice must be followed and any medical scanning must be done at the clinic.

Bookings and Appointments

  • You can log on to our web portal at www.encoremed.io/ttmcklcc and choose a preferred language to get started on your account.
  • Select your preferred Primary Care Doctor, date and time, then click ‘Proceed To Next Step’.
  • Do remember to read and agree to the Terms and Conditions before proceeding to the next step.
  • Create your Tele-Consult account by entering your mobile number. Click ‘Next’ and ‘OK’ to receive an SMS verification code and key-in that code.
  • Proceed by filing in Patient Details and click ‘Pay Now’ with options of Payment.
  • Your appointment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and the status will be updated in your Tele-Consult account.
  • An SMS will be sent once the appointment is made and an SMS reminder will be sent close to your appointment date.
  • On appointment day, logon to the website and click ‘enter video room’ for your doctor’s consultation.
  • The consultation hours differ from doctor to doctor. The service is not available on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • However, the service for patients to make an appointment is available 24 hours.

  • The choices of doctors have been credentialed and privileged to practice at Twin Towers Medical Clinic.

Yes you can, but this must be done within 24 hours.

You can book appointments one (1) month in advance.

Your appointment would take approximately 15 – 20 minutes depending on the severity of your situation.

An SMS will be sent to you one day before your appointment date.

Eligibility for Tele-Consult

  • There are many common conditions (non-emergency in nature) that can be consulted via Tele-Consult including but not limited to these:
    • Muscle aches
    • Heel pain
    • Conjunctivitis without visual disturbances
    • Eyelid problems
  • The doctor will make a reasonable diagnosis where possible from the presenting history, vital signs or other clinical parameters where available, investigation or imaging results and recommend treatment or referral to the appropriate level of care if necessary.

Emergency health issues are NOT suitable for Tele-Consult. Please seek immediate medical assistance at the nearest healthcare provider.

The following conditions are also NOT suitable for Tele-Consult:

  • Visual disturbances – double vision or blurred vision or loss of vision
  • Dizziness and imbalance
  • Chest pain
  • Breathing difficulties and asthma
  • Abdominal pain with fever
  • Diarrhoea with black stools
  • Fever for more than 3 days
  • Weakness or numbness of limbs
  • Urinary or bowel incontinence
  • Pregnancy complications
  • Any injuries
  • Bleeding from any wounds/injuries
  • 1st consultation on chronic illnesses

Diagnoses are made by trained doctors through a series of questions. If a doctor feels he/she needs more information to provide a diagnosis, he/she will recommend a physical consultation. There are limitations to a diagnosis without a physical observation being made. eHealthConsult aims to supplement the patient-doctor relationship through tele-consultations.

Yes, you absolutely can. Just ensure that the doctor is available during your preferred day and time slot.

No, two appointments can only be scheduled at different times under a single account.

For example, if you are making an appointment for your mother and father with two separate doctors under the same account, your appointments must be scheduled at different time slots.

No, this cannot be done. Link to the video call is only accessible via one patient per device at any one time.

Patients are required to contact the TTMC’s General Line at (603) 2382 3500 for appointments.

Yes. Once the receipt and necessary medications are ready, an SMS will be sent to the patient.

If an MC is requested, we will email it to you.

After completion of consultation call, the doctor generates a prescription, which gets updated to your medical records kept by the Clinic.

Privacy

Yes, conversations will be kept confidential under patient-doctor confidentiality

We will ensure all confidential information provided by our patients patients are kept confidential under patient-doctor confidentiality.

Payment & Refund

For cash paying client you need to upload the payment receipt before the appointment.

We do not have any Online Payment Transaction at the moment.

It can be downloaded from the Appointment tab in the portal.

Receipts will be issued. However, do check with your Insurance provider on claim purposes.

You will be able to view it from the itemized bill once it is uploaded.

Medication

You will be able to view it from the itemized bill once it is uploaded.

Your medication will be dispatched within 24-hours. It will depend on your location of when the package will arrive.

The medicine is packed by our experienced pharmacy staff and the delivery is tracked by a trusted courier service provider.
